Service Description
Being grateful helps us zoom in on what is working for us, it influences our mood and changes our perspective. In this class, we'll go over the benefits of gratitude, looking at the connection between our thoughts and our feelings. We will also share what the voice inside our minds tends to say about us and talk about the importance of positive self-talk. Lastly, we'll make lists of what we're grateful for and choreograph some moves with affirmations that we'll create. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a session 24 hours in advance and get a refund, minus the payment processing fee. For rescheduling a session, please do so at least 2 hours ahead of time. The same applies in the case of class packs, and refunds would be prorated. There is a 10 minute waiting grace period for each class.
